The Goodlett Lab Proteomics cluster is a single tiered cluster consisting of 2 master nodes, one filesystem node (33TB), a RedHat firewall, and 99 compute nodes. The cluster is used by members of the goodlett lab and their collaborators to analyze MS/MS data using SEQUEST.
